How can I reserve my rental items or balloon/backdrop decor?
To reserve our rental items or book a balloon/backdrop decor a non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required.
What is your rental terms and contract terms?
A signed contract is signed by the customer upon the delivery/date of event. A copy of our rental contract terms is provided as a separate document. When you pay the non-refundable retainer fee for your reservation, you are agreeing to the terms of the rental contract terms.
What is your payment policy?
Full payment is due 14 days prior to your booked event.
Payments accepted: direct payment through our website, Zelle or cash.
How far do you travel for events?
We travel within a 60 mile radius from Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania. However, if your venue is further away, we might be able to travel.
